CSR has been signatory to, and partners with the Roofers Local Union # 58 since 1924. The geographic boundaries for Roofers Local 58 include the entire

state of Colorado, Southeast Wyoming, Western Nebraska, and Western Kansas. CSR / Local 58 have the only BAT Certified Apprenticeship program in

the state of Colorado and are registered with the U.S. Department of Labor. This Certified Apprenticeship Training program takes place over a 3 yr period

which gives an opportunity for raises every six months. This in depth training gives employees an opportunity to be exposed to the correct way of

learning the trade in a step by step, structured format that has been proven to be effective in “putting out” quality Journeyman Roofers that consistently

produce more work at a higher level of quality then others that have not been through the program.
